This programme is targeted at new and emerging small businesses in the food and drink sector. All events will be held in the Newry, Mourne & Down District Council’s Crotlieve District Electoral Area (DEA).
The programme will be launched at Mourne Mountains Brewery’s Tap Room in Warrenpoint on Friday 21st August at 9.00am Guest speaker at this event will be Mairead McKibben of Crossbox Marketing, with Connaire McGreevy of Mourne Mountains Brewery hosting the event.
For over 6 years Mairead has helped businesses grow their online presence through marketing consultancy, social media management, content creation, and user-generated content. She recently won the Social Media Marketing of the Year category at the NI Social Media Awards.
This exciting new programme will be delivered over 15 hours which will include visits to local food and drink enterprises, presentations from relevant agencies and entrepreneurs and a cross-border study visit. These visits will mainly take place on weekday evenings.

This programme is part of Newry Mourne and Down Districts Council’s Local Action Plan’s Thriving Together initiative, which is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)..
